       Xtsj series water meter verification device can carry out flow verification for all kinds of water meters (ordinary, electronic and other methods). It is not only suitable for factory verification of water meters by water meter manufacturers, but also suitable for routine verification, quick first inspection and type verification of water meters by water meter verification units and water supply companies.
       The device mainly refers to jjg162-2009 verification regulation of cold water meter of the people's Republic of China, and its design fully meets the requirements of jjg1113-2015 verification regulation of water meter verification device of the people's Republic of China. 
Function 
       The device has four automatic meter reading modes: infrared meter reading, MBus meter reading, RS485 meter reading and high-speed camera sampling. It can be verified by quality method and standard meter method. It has high automation function, perfect detection function and high reliability; The device not only has the function of flow verification, but also has the function of pressure test and pressure loss measurement. 
System composition 
       The device consists of flow verification system, automatic data acquisition and processing system, electrical control system, water meter pressure test device, water meter pressure loss test device, etc.
       ◇ The flow verification system consists of working water tank, circulating water pump, pressure stabilizing tank, test pipeline system, flow meter, pressure regulating tank  It consists of flow valve, temperature measurement system and electronic scale. The main parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
       ◇ The automatic data acquisition and processing system is mainly composed of upper computer system and unit control module.
       ◇ The electrical control system is mainly composed of standard electric control cabinet, switching power supply, AC contactor, transformer and air switch.
       ◇ The pressure test device is mainly composed of booster cylinder, pressure gauge and silent air pump.
       ◇ The pressure loss measuring device is mainly composed of capacitive differential pressure transmitter and supporting instruments.

Key technology >>
       1、Highly automated :
       The device realizes the full automatic operation of all functions. The flow point setting, valve opening and closing, data acquisition and processing of the system all realize full automatic control without manual intervention.
       2、Automatic setting of flow point :
       The flow point setting adopts the two-stage regulation mode of (electric valve + frequency conversion). According to the size of the flow point, the system first automatically adjusts the flow control valve to the empirical opening, then sets the frequency conversion pump according to the current flow and the flow to be set, and finally adjusts the system flow to the required flow point. When the small flow point is adjusted, the diversion valve will be opened automatically to make part of the water flow directly return to the working water tank to realize the small flow adjustment. In this way, the adjustment speed is fast, the accuracy is high, and the whole adjustment process does not need intervention.
       3、Diversified verification methods :
       The device can be verified not only by the quality method, but also by the standard meter method to improve the verification efficiency, and can be selected flexibly according to the demand.
       4、Automatic meter reading :
       The device adopts a fully automatic meter reading system, which can automatically read the data of the water meter to be checked in the process of meter checking, which is convenient, fast, accurate and reliable. It solves the problems of manual reading water meter data in the process of water meter verification, such as time-consuming, error prone and missing reading. With a variety of automatic meter reading methods: infrared meter reading, MBus meter reading, RS485 meter reading, high-speed camera sampling, while retaining the manual meter reading function.
       5、Calibration of flowmeter by mass method:
       The electronic scale is used to calibrate the electromagnetic flowmeter regularly, which effectively ensures the long-term stability and reliability of the device, and solves the problem of error characteristic deviation of electromagnetic flowmeter caused by the change of water quality and conductivity after long-term use of the device.
       6、Modular design :
       From the structure part to the electrical control part, the device realizes modular design, easy to maintain, easy to upgrade and high reliability.
       7、Fieldbus Technology :
       The data acquisition and processing system of the device adopts fieldbus technology, distributed control, fast response and high reliability.
       8、The technology of removing bubbles from filter plate :
       In order to ensure the effect of the device, a number of filter partitions with grid are set inside the working water tank and the pressure stabilizing tank. The working water tank has a filter partition which can filter bubbles and rectify; The water inlet pipe of the pressure stabilizing tank is set above the diaphragm, and the outlet pipe is set below the diaphragm. When the water flow containing bubbles flows down from the filter diaphragm, the bubble is blocked above the diaphragm, and the pure water flows into the lower layer of the pressure stabilizing tank, and then enters the test pipeline. The design plays a decisive role in eliminating the bubbles in the test pipeline.
