Crab
In Singapore, people can visit restaurant which provide crab dishes. During this time, when it comes to crabs, tourists usually go to No Sign Board (NSB) restaurant, which has outlets in Geylang, Kallang, and the Esplanade. NSB’s most famous dish is the chili crab sauce is abundant and steady dicocol with bread or mantou (fried bread). Branch at Pacific Place, Central Jakarta, is also popular – although there is opinion that mentioned the quality is not as good as that in Singapore.
The new crab dishes presented by the Golden Sands Restaurant are the example. In terms of appearance, this class was under the NSB. Similarly, in terms of price, Golden Sands is much cheaper. Understandably, this place is just a small booth at a food court in Ang Mo Kio – a vast residential area, with hundreds of middle-class-story apartment building in Singapore, a bit far from downtown. These outlets are only open afternoon until night.
