Pizza, special food origin of Naples, Italy, officially elected becomes the European culinary heritage. European Union to end the debate for a quarter of a century involving a pizza made in the southern Italian city which is famous as the creator of this delicious pizza. With the label ‘Traditional specialty Guaranteed (TSG)’, ‘Neapolitan pizza’ now should not be imitated.

The EU agriculture commission says, ‘Neapolitan pizza’ is now a part of the heritage of European food. TSG label itself was approved months ago. The association chairman said that the pizza maker trademark for Neapolitan pizza was an honor. TSG labels mean, all the stalls selling pizza (pizzeria) to make and sell the Naples-style pizza should be examined by a special commission that will examine the standards. The standards include the use of San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese.

Italian farmers association said that half of 25,000 pizzerias in Italy mistakenly using materials of Neapolitan pizza. The mistake was, among others, the use of cheese from Eastern Europe or flour from Ukraine. Status of this trademark rights to make pizza producers can boast exclusivity of Neapolitan pizza and get their bonuses.

Meanwhile, Italy is now ranked first in EU with 180 protected products, surpassing Spain and France.

According to the producers who sell e-menu, e-menu used to reduce the cost of the technology, but also as attraction for their young customers. Also for some people, this technology is recognized to avoid them from the servants who sometimes careless and unfriendly.

Initially the idea of this technology may be just as appetizing entertainment for the customers who came also the realization of existing trends. But it has now become a growing business and challenging the photographer to create images that can evoke a sense of food.

It is recognized by Conceptic, private companies supply the e-menu technology in Israel, which has applied the e-menu technology in sushi restaurants, pubs and family restaurants.
